Adam Castelli
Director
Adam manages Castelli Groups property operations, though maintains an interest in all our ventures. Clients respect Adam for his strong drive and commitment to achieving goals. Adams experience spans over 20 Years.
He is a registered builder, a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has a Bachelor of Commerce (Property).
Adams hands on approach sees him dedicated to the task at hand, be it in the office, on a building site or at Castelli Estate in Denmark.
Aaron Antonas
Director and Licensee
Aaron is Director and Licensee of Castelli Commercial responsible for compliance, sales, leasing and new business.
Aaron’s past experience includes 5 years with a global real estate firm on St Georges Terrace. During this time Aaron has been an appointed agent on successful sales and marketing campaigns for the disposal of commercial, retail, medical, mixed-use and development assets.
Prior to that Aaron ran the commercial division at one of Western Australia’s largest privately owned property development companies for over 7 years.
With over 16 years’ experience in the commercial property sector across Sales, Leasing and Asset Management, Aaron is highly experienced, is a licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of WA.

Enrique Reyes
Director of Sales and Leasing
Enrique Reyes is the Director of Sales and Leasing at Castelli Commercial, specializing in commercial and industrial real estate with a focus on industrial warehouses, workshops, offices, retail shops, commercial investment properties, and development sites.
Enrique started his real estate career focusing on project selling of premium high-rise developments in the Philippines. In 2013, Enrique and his family moved to Perth and has since been one of the most active commercial property agents in Perth’s southern corridor. With over 15 years of property experience, Enrique has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results for his clients through his exceptional negotiation skills and commitment to building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
Josh Sumner
Director of Sales and Leasing

Assistant Commercial Property Manager
Previously working in Residential Management, Alana was involved in end to end Property Management ranging from leasing through to final bond inspections. Her knowledge has grown immensely over the years and she is eager to learn more moving over to Commercial Property Management.
